IT Infrastructure Manager (m/f/d)

Together with our five-member IT operations team, you will continue to shape our IT infrastructure and ensure compliance with our security policies. The installation, configuration and administration of our server, backup, firewall and security systems is your responsibility as well as their reliable operation. Through continuous monitoring and optimization of our network and firewall environment, you continuously develop our IT infrastructure and ensure optimal performance, availability and security. In case of disturbances, you analyze causes pragmatically and structured, correct errors sustainably and support our specialist areas in technical issues. Own responsibility and in the team, you implement IT projects (including servers and Microsoft 365 Tenant Migrations), automate operations and evaluate the need for hardware and software solutions.

You have training as a specialist in system integration or a comparable qualification through study or professional experience. In the installation, administration and further development of complex IT systems in the business environment, you have already gained several years of professional experience and successfully completed projects. Finding knowledge in client and server operating systems as well as in complex firewall and network environments also enable you to safely manage challenging IT landscapes. Dealing with PowerShell scripts as well as technologies and solutions related to firewall and network technology, routing, VLAN, virtualization, SAN systems as well as Microsoft Server, Microsoft 365 and Azure are familiar to you. Personally, you are convinced by your service-oriented way of working, addressing challenges with self-initiative and high problem-solving competence and working responsibly and targeted in the team. Negotiating knowledge of German (at least C1 level) and good knowledge of English are prerequisites. Competences in the areas of VoiP, SQL databases and IT security are advantageous.
