Determination and discussion of requirements: You agree directly with the departments and external customers and moderate workshops, interviews and reviews. Translation into technical requirements: You are responsible for the division into Epics, Features, User Stories and Tasks, and you will begin to analyse the acceptance criteria. Backlog definition and estimate: You carry out the common effort estimate (Story Points/T-Shirt Sizing) together with the Tech Lead and prioritize in coordination with Product Owns and Stakeholders. End-to-end review of our product landscape: You bring a good understanding of all data sources, ETL pipelines, analyses and reporting tools and actively participate in the lifecycle management of data products. Quality assurance: You are responsible for the reviews of data models, power-BI reports and databricks notebooks and define metrics and KPIs for success measurement.

You have relevant experience as a business analyst (w/m/d) or requirements engineer (w/m/d) or consultant (w/m/d) in the field of data analysis and business intelligence. You also have relevant experience in Data/BI projects (Azure ADX, ADF, Databricks, Synapse, Power BI). You have profound knowledge of SQL (T-SQL), data modeling and data architecture as well as experience with Azure Data Explorer (ADX), Azure Synapse Analytics, Azure Databricks. You are professionally revolving with Power BI (DAX, data visualization) and have a basic understanding of cloud security and governance issues (Azure AD, RBAC). You are sovereign in dealing with Scrum and/or Kanban. You have knowledge of cooperation and development tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps as well as experience in story mapping, backlog management and estimation techniques, design thinking methods, discovery workshops, mock-ups. You have good communication skills in German and English. Ideally, you also bring experience in logistics, transport or supply chain management.
