HVAC engineer or technician in federal construction (m/f/d)

You are directly contributing to the future of Schleswig-Holstein in the field of innovative supply technology. You are planning construction projects with the main points in the military sector and in civil federal construction, which we are mainly responsible for the Federal Ministry of Defence. Development of construction projects and maintenance measures from basic position determination to object support Planning of technical installations focusing on heating, air conditioning, plumbing and/or room air technology for new, refurbishment and expansion buildings (e.g. accommodation buildings, port facilities, passenger halls) Coordination with other project participants and regular participation in construction meetings Creation of performance directories including subsequent examination of the offers Control and verification of services freelance workers in execution up to acceptance Participation in the creation of energy and infrastructure concepts

completed study of the field of supply technology; technical equipment; Mechanical engineering with a heavy point in buildings and thermal engineering; Environmentally sound building technology; Energy technology or a comparable subject alternative: state-tested technicians (m/w/d) of the mentioned subject or Heating, ventilation and air conditioning technology with relevant experience in the planning of TGA plants

A holistic understanding of technically complex relationships, in particular with regard to heating, refrigeration, ventilation and/or sanitary systems (HKLS) Ideal knowledge of HKLS planning according to HOAI Good communication capability and safe occurrence Class 3 driving licence and readiness to operate within Schleswig-Holsteins Successful existence of the safety review pursuant to § 15 para. 2 VSA SH within the sample period Notes: Location selectable: Flensburg, Kiel, Itzehoe, Eutin or Lübeck as well as mobile work Compensation according to collective agreement TV-L to E 12, for technicians (m/w/d) the remuneration in E 9b You do not have a degree and want the tasks and the salary of an engineer?
