- Development and implementation of individual and company-wide training and development programmes
- Advising and supporting managers in all personnel development issues
- Identification and analysis of training needs
- Organization and implementation of internal training as well as selection and coordination of external training providers
- Development of career paths and talent management strategies
- Construction and maintenance of a skill and qualification matrix
- Monitoring and evaluation of the effectiveness of training measures
- Participation in HR projects to promote learning-promoting corporate culture
- Close cooperation with HR colleagues in recruiting, administration and employer branding

Your profile:

- Good knowledge of English
- Good knowledge in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
