Architect for multi-storey apartment buildings and multi-family housing projects (m/f/d)

We are looking for an experienced architect (m/w/d) with a focus on housing construction. You plan and realize demanding multi-family house projects with us – from design to approval to execution planning. You work closely with our building management and project development and bring your experience into architecture, economy and design. Design and approval planning of multi-family houses and project building Coordination of execution planning and coordination with specialist planners, statistics and authorities Close cooperation with our building management and project development Responsible for the design, technical and economic quality of the projects Accompanying clients, investors and project partners throughout the planning process Participation in the development of our standards and planning processes

Complete study of architecture or engineering Multiannual professional experience in housing or in comparable projects Safe handling of CAD programs (ideally Cascados or comparable) Knowledge of relevant building regulations, HOAI and VOB High technical understanding and strong sense of responsibility Structured, solution-oriented and independent operation Team spirit and joy in interdisciplinary cooperation
