Internship in Operations Excellence / Lean Management Job ID 76490 I Location Crailsheim I Start from October 2025 for 4-6 months Your tasks You will become part of our Operations Excellence (OpEx) team and support us in the implementation and further development of Voith Lean philosophy at the Crailsheim site. You support the planning and implementation of improvement projects in an interdisciplinary environment with interfaces in the areas of manufacturing, assembly, logistics, quality assurance and industrial engineering. The independent processing of topics in the field of process optimization, standardization, digitization, and sustainable problem solving and continuous improvement are part of your activity. You can also support the implementation of concrete workshops and trainings (5S, TPM, value flow analysis, process mapping, etc.). You also support the planning and implementation of low waste and ergonomic workstations in the production sector. Your profile You are an immatricated student of a technical and/or economic study program. You're looking for a mandatory internship. The duration of the compulsory internship can be extended by up to three additional months of voluntary internship. Good PC skills, a safe handling of MS Office as well as very good German and good English knowledge in word and writing. Your work is independent and structured. A high degree of self-initiative and flexibility as well as the ability to analytical thinking distinguish you. A strong team and communication skills, a quick understanding, enthusiasm and organisational skills complete your profile.
