General company description: The company Irrenhauser & Seitz is a family-run construction company since 1970 and currently employs approx. 100 employees in the commercial and commercial sector including apprentices.

In addition, selected properties are acquired, developed and resold in good locations, or the property base is built up. With their own real estate management, these objects will continue to be maintained during the use phase.

Our customers consist of private individuals, architectural offices, construction companies, other traders and public authorities within a radius of about 50 km.

Three years ago, an additional department of timber construction and carpentry was added, which responded to the social and political development in the construction industry.
