The Linz-Remagen gGmbH collaborative hospital is a non-profit organization of basic and regular care with the Franziskus Hospital in Linz on the Rhine with 151 beds in the specialist medical, general and visual surgery, orthopaedics and trauma surgery as well as anaesthesia, intensive medicine and pain therapy. Two medical care centers with 8 specialist practices complement the stationary offer. For our Franziskus Hospital Linz we are looking for the next time Senior Consultant (m/w/d) at least 50 % or full time The occupation of this office is ideally to be carried out with a specialist in internal medicine, also by a specialist in internal/Pneumology or a specialist in internal/gastroenterology. The latter is desirable, but not condition. Our clinic is a certified Weaning Centre (10 beds) and has state-of-the-art technical equipment, interventional pneumology, a lung function laboratory and a center for respiratory medicine (introduction of home breathing and weaning). Offerings will be a wide range of diagnostic and interventional endoscopy, in addition to the usual gastroenterological studies (gastroscopic, coloscopy, ERCP, EUS) we conduct in pneumology EBUS incl. EBUS controlled TBNA , bronchoscopy in rigid technology, CT controlled punctures, implantation of endobronchial valves. There is a right-of-the-right catheter measurement site, as well as a spiroergometry and stress echocardiography. There is a close cooperation with an adjacent clinic for thorax surgery. In 2018 our new building was completed with 15 intensive beds and 6 IMC beds including a 10-bed Weaning Unit. The inner medicine's job plan is two chief physicians, five senior physicians and thirteen assistant physicians.
