Project Manager - Construction Management / Air Conditioning / Ventilation Technology (m/f/d)

Our core competencies are in technical building equipment as well as in industrial pipeline construction and service. As a complete provider in these business areas or as a technical general contractor for the entire domestic engineering, we offer services from planning, delivery and assembly to maintenance and repair.

We currently employ around 460 employees at ten locations and around 1000 employees within the business group. We train our technical and commercial specialists. You conduct our construction projects competently from the fields of technical building equipment for public, commercial and private clients and in customer service You take over the material disposition and assembly and personnel planning and support your know-how with questions on scale, acceptance, follow-up management and accounting You are responsible for “Your” construction project on site and are at our side with advice and action, which offers you a lot of variety. You coordinate with clear instructions and a good portion of fingertip feeling both our assembly and construction teams as well as the after-contractors

You have a completed training in the field of ventilation technology / supply technology (e.g. as a plant mechanic:in) You are also a technician:in or Master:in or have a degree in the field of supply technology (e.g. sanitary, heating, climate, plant or building technology, facility management etc.) You ideally bring well-founded experience in project and construction processing, but this is not a condition You like to have first leadership experience and have a driving licence B You are a friendly and reliable personality that has fun in contact with customers: inside, supplier:in addition to teamwork and enthusiastic about your Macher mentality
