We in the Team Region Schools and Student Affairs are the sponsors of a total of 31 schools (12 vocational schools, 17 funding schools, the Hannover-Kolleg and the Abendgymnasium). Our school-leaving tasks include ensuring the necessary human resources for school-leaving. In this context, we coordinate, among other things, the occupation of the schoolmasters.

Schoolmaster (m/w/d)

The school at the Wasserwerk is a support school for spiritual development in which the students can live, learn and develop independently and in social integration according to their individual possibilities. The special educational promotion in the focus of spiritual development has the task of providing each student and each student with help to develop the individual attainable skills and skills.

Your tasks

• Responsibility for the safety, order, cleanliness, ventilation and heating of the school buildings and buildings. Preparation of rooms, e.g. seating for special occasions
• implementation of repair work (small construction maintenance) on the buildings, equipment and external installations
• Operation of systems and facilities
• Takeover of traffic control obligations (e.g. clearing, scattering snow) as well as maintenance of outdoor facilities
• Monitoring of cleaning staff and monitoring of construction measures
• Change the system settings of e.g. the heating, fire detection or closing system using system software

Your profile

• Successfully completed three years of craft training, preferably in the occupational fields of metal construction, plant construction, installation, electrical professions, construction and wood processing
• many years of professional experience based on the required qualification
• Possibility of a valid class B driving licence

• Tasks are subject to increased physical performance requirements. Within the scope of the activity, rooms are also to be found which are not accessible

The use of recreational leave is, in principle, only possible within the school holidays for reasons of service.

Working hours are from Monday to Friday 07:00 until 16:00. Flexibility in terms of working hours on special occasions is assumed. The recreational holiday is to take on holiday.

Note: For employees in schools, vaccination against measles applies. All persons born after 31.12.1970 must demonstrate sufficient measles vaccination or measles immunity.
