For our Servicefeld Sales and Client Engangement in Tribe Account Management (SCEAVI), we will look for you as a working student Sales Operations & Vertriebsstuerung (m/w/d) in Karlsruhe and Münster.

Your tasks with perspectives You support our account and inside-sales managers: in the creation of contract, accounting and earnings analyses, you gain insights into central sales processes. You act as an interface between sales, departments and internal service units and supports the coordination of customer-related topics. You can adjust individual and framework contracts, combine different versions, and prepare results in a structured manner. You analyze usage and application-dependent reports, prepare consumption data to address and support the quality assurance of billing processes. You work with the automation and optimization of sales-related processes and support campaigns, sales actions and customer events.

Your personality with profile

You study Business Administration, Economics, Business Informatics or a comparable discipline and have completed at least three completed semesters of your Bachelor's degree. You are interested in sales management, customer management and data-based process optimization and want to gain practical experience in the sales environment. You have good knowledge of Microsoft 365, especially Excel and PowerPoint, and ideally have first experiences in the analysis and processing of data. You work analytically, structured and carefully and keep track of complex coordination processes. You are convinced by communication strength, organisational skills, service orientation and team skills and are happy to work with different stakeholders. You have knowledge of German (at least C1 level) and good English (B2 level).
