As an industrial businesswoman, you can work in almost all commercial areas of an industrial company. You mainly work with modern data processing and office communication systems.

Training duration

Three years. For school leavers of the real school and economic school there is the possibility of a 1/2 year shortening of training, for apprentices up to one year.

Main contents of vocational training

The contents of the training as an industrial businesswoman are aligned with the typical tasks of the company departments and the later areas of work. Material management (e.g. purchasing, goods acceptance, warehouse): This area is about purchasing, disposition, testing and management of the materials needed in operation. Production industry (e.g. work preparation, production logistics): The production of the products is prepared here, production processes are planned and controlled as well as monitored on time. Human resources (e.g. staff office): The personnel matters of a company are processed here or Advise employees in their personal concerns and the monthly wage and salary payments. Sales (e.g. advertising, sales, export, shipping): In this area everything revolves around the sales of a company's products. For the products are advertised, customers are supervised, incoming orders are processed until delivery and the delivery of the products is guided in the way. Accounting (e.g. accounting, controlling, calculation): Here, for example, incoming and outgoing invoices are posted and the payment input or output of the company is processed, calculations are carried out or data for cost accounting is collected and analyzed. Completion of training Their training is completed with the examination of the industrial businesswoman before the Chamber of Commerce and Industry Schwaben. The examination consists of a written and an oral part (submission). The vocational training relationship ends with the existence of the final examination.
