Planning and control of training in road and civil engineering Professional and personal care of our trainees Coordination of operations between construction site, vocational school and over-company training and their administrative support Accompanying the Azubis through regular visits to the site Organisation and implementation of practical training formats (e.g. winter school) Support in recruiting junior staff (fairs, schools, internships)

Training in construction, ideally master or tested polish AEVO training Experience in the care of trainees Multiannual construction practice and safe occurrence on construction sites And above all: Joy in sharing your knowledge Feeling for young people Communication strength and organizational talent Empathy and diplomatic skill
