You research and analyze electrical drive systems and associated peripheral functions for hand-held compaction and construction machines You develop specifications and develop first concept proposals in close coordination with the product development team You evaluate technical solutions taking into account existing intellectual property rights and established methods of product development You work closely with product managers, sales and product management to select a preferred concept You work out the preferred solution constructively in CAD and integrate it into existing overall machine models You support the procurement of components, build a physical prototype and plan initial validations You create a final documentation and present the results
