Construction Manager Building Construction - Tendering / Awarding / VOB (m/f/d)

You take over the independent building management and overall responsibility for demanding construction projects from planning to final acceptance. You create and monitor precise construction schedules and are responsible for cost control, including tools such as ORCA AVA and MS Office. You control the tendering process, conduct contract negotiations and manage the post-subscription on the basis of VOB and HOAI. As a central interface, you conduct the construction meetings and coordinate cooperation with clients, specialist engineers and after-contractors.

You have completed your studies with a focus on civil engineering, architecture or a completed training for the civil engineering technician:in Knowledge of German construction law, relevant standards and regulations and practical experience in the development of construction projects in Germany are urgently required. You bring at least 3 years of professional experience in object monitoring You are safe to handle the relevant procurement and contract regulations of VOB and HOAI You have computer skills in MS Office, MS Teams, Orca and Archicad You are team-ready and powerful in word and writing You show responsibility and work independently You have negotiating skills and are confident of building companies, engineering offices and clients: You bring fluent German knowledge (C1) in word and writing with
