Type of employment: Unlimited Working time: Full time Place of work: Dresden As Senior Process Integrator MEMS (w/m/div.) you support the development of an innovative technology platform. In a team of individual process developers, you coordinate the experiments and independently evaluate the results. You provide the corresponding requirements such as process window analysis and stability tests to ensure a later production. You examine new processes and new complex processes with regard to increasing yield and quality, taking into account the costs and implement them. You support the introduction of complex technology processes and support them in production. In cooperation with our development and manufacturing departments, you define boundary conditions of new process flows. In addition, you evaluate the risk of adapting existing processes to new plants.

Education: successfully completed university studies in a scientific field. Personality: reliable, structured, team-capable, strong, communicative Working method: independent, result-oriented and quality-oriented, good conflict and problem-solving orientation, ability to reproduce complex relationships in a precise and comprehensible manner. Experience and know-how: several years of professional experience in semiconductor production Enthusiasm: Joy in solving technological issues in interdisciplinary teams Languages: good knowledge of German and English in word and writing
