Civil Engineer Track Construction - Project Management / Civil Engineering (m/f/d)

You plan and tax projects holistically, including construction planning, approval management, post-contracting, as well as management of the construction sites on site You ensure safety, environmental and quality standards by instructing staff to comply with all regulations and continuously optimize processes You support work preparation, purchasing and resource management, plan calculation, material and equipment use, coordinate staff and bind entrepreneurs You take over communication and guidance as a contact person for contractors and project participants as well as by professional guidance of employees at the construction site You are responsible for documentation, reporting and budget by documenting the progress of the building, carrying out the construction work, securing the billing, and editing supplements

Qualification: A completed study in engineering, ideally with a focus on railway, civil or engineering. Alternatively, you will bring relevant technical training. First experience: Professional experience as a construction managerin or construction managerin is of advantage. Personal strengths: high resilience, enforcing, flexibility, readiness to use and team capacity. Working: A careful, independent way of working and good organizational skills. IT competence: Affinity in handling IT systems such as MS Office, Arriba, Tilos, SOG or iTWO desirable, Flexibility: You are here where the construction site is and ready to do night and weekend work. In addition, you bring a high readiness to travel. For the smooth coordination in the team and with all project participants, you speak fluently German (C1 level).
