During your internship, you work independently on diverse topics and projects on Culture & Diversity as well as reconciliation of work and private life. You get the opportunity to accompany projects from conception to implementation and to manage different Culture & Diversity offers. You work on many varied tasks, analyze, document results and actively shape our corporate culture and Vodafone Spirit. As part of your activities and tasks, you gain a wide range of insights into other HR areas. Cooperation with various networks (Rainbow@Vodafone, women's networks, Intercultural Network) is also part of your task.

What distinguishes you: You're either immatricated or just in a Gap Year. You study (economic) psychology, a social or economic study course or a comparable subject with good degree. You have a high level of communication, creativity and absolute care and reliability, and have great fun in organizational and administrative activities. You have very good German and English skills and an international mindset. You have very good knowledge in handling MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
