Senior Controller Plant Controlling with team responsibility (m/f/d)

You act as a commercial business partner of the factory management and support the economic management of the site. You are responsible for budget, forecast and operational and medium-term planning of the plant. You analyze plan-actual deviations, identify causes and, together with the subject areas, initiate concrete measures to improve results. You control and develop production and cost control – from cost centers and manufacturing costs to product calculations and billing rates. You evaluate productivity, utilisation, material use, stocks and working capital and make optimization potential transparent. You create management reports, ad hoc analyses and sound decision templates for management and management. You accompany investment projects through cost-effectiveness calculations, business cases as well as scenario and sensitivity analyses. You actively promote the further development of controlling processes, KPI systems and reporting solutions. You lead a small team, set priorities and promote the further development of your employees.

Successfully completed studies of Business Administration, Finance, Controlling, Industrial Engineering or a comparable qualification. Multiannual professional experience in controlling, ideally in production, factory or operation controlling. Funded knowledge in cost accounting, product calculation, budgeting and forecasting. Experience in cooperation with operational areas and in exchange with management stakeholders. Good knowledge of SAP as well as safe handling of Excel; Knowledge of BI tools such as Power BI or SAP Analytics Cloud is an advantage. First experience in the professional or disciplinary leadership of employees or project teams. Very good knowledge of German and good English (at least B2)
