Senior Payroll Accountant (m/f/d)

Together with the team, you carry out monthly wage and salary billing and ensure a correct and timely billing. You're puggling personal master files as well as billing-relevant changes and processing entry and exits. You take over the reporting and certification system and are a competent respondent for questions relating to the billing of charges. You check and process working time and billing data from Quinyx and Sage and carry out the necessary checks on wages. You process special cases in pay billing, such as payments, special payments as well as collective and legal changes. You will participate in annual work, provisions, statistics and evaluations. You set up wage controlling evaluations and provide relevant key figures and personal data. You accompany external tests and provide the necessary documents and evaluations. You keep in mind innovations in the right to pay tax and social security and ensure their correct implementation. You actively contribute to the further development and optimization of our processes in wage accounting.

You have a commercial training, ideally supplemented by a further education in the area of wages and salary. You bring several years of experience in payroll accounting and work safely with more complex accounting topics. You have good knowledge of pay tax and social security law. You work independently, structured and carefully and keep track of many different topics. You like to take responsibility, think with you and want to further develop your task professionally. You are strong in communication and binding and also find a good way to deal with our employees in matters relating to billing. Experience with Sage and digital time recording systems is advantageous. Among other things, Sage and Quinyx are used for the corresponding processes at Müller & Egerer.
