HR Business Partner South (m/f/d)

You are responsible for the operational personnel management for our two production plants in Crailsheim and Bietigheim and thus ensure successful employee acquisition and retention. As a competent contact person, our specialists and executives advise you in the works in all personal questions. A trusting cooperation with the works council is of course for you. You take over the general candidate management and accompany new employees professionally in the onboarding process. You process the BEM process independently and conduct BEM discussions in a responsible role. In the field of personnel development, you can identify needs and propose appropriate measures. You actively support personal marketing and strengthen our employer brand. In HR controlling, you evaluate key figures and prepare them professionally. Through your cooperation in various HR projects, you are driving further developments. You are constantly working on improving our HR processes and structures.

You have a completed degree with a focus on staff or a comparable qualification (e.g. commercial training with further training to the personnel businessman/wife). Professional experience in a comparable position as well as ideally in cooperation with an works council body. You have very good knowledge of recruiting and first experience in personnel development, ideally also with e-learning. Project experience in the HR environment completes your professional profile. Conceptual skills as well as strength in implementation and administrative accompaniment characterize you. You convince with very good communicative skills at all levels of stakeholders. With MS Office you can safely handle, SAP-HR knowledge is desirable.

An attractive annual remuneration between €50,000 – €70,000, depending on the qualification and experience.
