As a (Senior) Professional Event Management (m/w/d) at Hays, you are responsible for the design, planning, organization, pre- and post-processing as well as the implementation of internal and external (large) events, digital events, incentives, trade fairs and recruitment events - partly in close cooperation with our external event agency. You also take responsibility for the success of the events that are measured both by the amount of net fees generated and by the satisfaction of customers and employees. In addition, you will create evaluations and KPI reports and then guide action recommendations. In cooperation with the departments, you support, advise and control the planning and organization of our (digital) events as well as the accompanying communication. In addition, you take care on site to ensure smooth operations. The design of modern trade fair appearances also includes the development of advertising messages and the selection of suitable trade fair systems. A sense of new event formats, trends and innovative ideas is also introduced here and shows how best practice examples can be implemented at Hays. For a consistent, target-group-oriented communication, you ask through the coordination and integration of events with further marketing measures (Cross Media). In addition, you negotiate with service providers and suppliers to sign-ready offers.

You have completed training in the event or advertising area or a degree in marketing, BWL or event management. Finding experience in the conception and implementation of a wide range of events, ideally from activities in agencies, companies or associations. Travel prepares you joy and you are happy to travel in various environments. You manage project management and control internal and external interfaces securely and reliably. A structured, proactive and independent way of working distinguishes you so that you always keep an overview in dynamic situations. With your communication strength, empathy and professionalism, you can convince a wide range of stakeholders to the board level, while you can do well and work independently.
