To strengthen our warranty management team in Munich, we are looking for Projektmanager (m/w/d) – Bau / Immobilien / Facility Management

Monitoring the warranty claims during the warranty period Verification of the building and individual construction services before the expiry of the deadline Assessment of afflicted tree ankle on site Technical clarification and assessment of the validity of deficiencies Systematic documentation of identified tree stems and legally compliant display Enforcement of warranty and warranty claims to our contractors Determining the costs for eliminating the deficiencies and for possible consequential damage Coordination and monitoring of deficiencies Release of eliminated defects Compliance and verification of quality assurance Reporting and communication with contractual partners, internal parties and customers on the status of defect processing

Completed training, for example: Bachelor, Professional of Real Estate (Immobilienfachwirt IHK) or technical business management 3 years of relevant professional experience in the field of facility management or technical warranty management (including in the construction industry) Very good knowledge of real estate relations Deep technical understanding Good knowledge of building and contract law (BGBA/OB) and HOAI High readiness for travel (Germany-wide), driving licence class B Very good German and good English skills High level of responsibility and willingness to perform as well as organisational capacity Teamability and communication-strong, enforceable appearance
