Our Nord area, based in Hamburg, is looking for you as a building manager (m/w/d) for the Fehmarnbelt connection projects in the Lübeck-Fehmarn area. We work here in the cooperation model of integrated project management (IPA), in which all participants work together in an alliance and share risks and benefits. Sounds exciting? This could soon be your tasks: You work with the organization and management of demanding construction projects in specialized deep construction You monitor and coordinate the specialist offices, suppliers and subcontractors involved in the project You are responsible for the economic, contractual, timely and qualitative execution of the project You work as part of the project team to create bills, work calculations and project reports
