What we plan together: As part of your work students, you will get deep insights into the activities of the Event Management section. You support a young and dynamic team in organizing and implementing events of a variety of ways and learn about the specific work of the event manager: in a large company you know intensively.

What you do with us: You are on the front: as part of the event team, you take over the organization, processing and post-processing of various in- and external meetings and events. You look at the whole thing: Your focus is on the processing of conference enquiries by means of our own booking tool, the search and collection of offers and coordination with our internal vacancy providers. You support the team in advance of major events such as participation management or agreements with external service providers. You are responsible: You continue to perform administrative tasks that include the organisation of everyday office, travel planning and editorial support during the performance of the team in internal media.

Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing as well as a safe handling of MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint complete your profile.
