Operational project work: design of buildings, production of tender documents, award of engineering services in construction engineering Developing and defining tasks for engineering services Examination of the planning performance, in particular of execution documents, building drafts, performance directories Participation in the project management of construction measures and the technical assistance of bridge, tunnel and other engineering measures Cooperation and coordination with internal interfaces, external planning and engineering offices as well as contracted construction companies (at all stages of HOAI) Monitoring and control of the structural implementation and the instruction of the contractor

Complete university degree (Diplom FH/Bachelor) as a civil engineer with a focus on constructive engineering with multi-year professional experience or comparable qualification Funded knowledge in construction project management (focus on construction engineering) Knowledge of procurement and contract law; in particular VOB, HOAI.
