You take on diverse support tasks and ensure smooth workflows in different IT environments.

You are characterized by:

• a completed training in IT, e.g. as a specialist system integration or comparable qualifications
• Professional experience in IT support
• sound knowledge of Windows Client operating systems
• Experience with ticket systems or order systems
• good knowledge of German, English of advantage
