Project Manager (m/f/d)

Your new tasks:

• You are the first contact person (m/w/d) with questions about your projects and are the interface between our customer and Anschütz.
• You plan and guide projects and ensure the achievement of the project objectives while maintaining project budgets, dates and quality.
• You define the framework conditions for your projects and schedules and dates with the stakeholders.
• You carry out risk management by evaluating, for example, the impact of risks on the project scope and minimising the damage to the project.
• Project reports are compiled by you, metrics (e.g. from EVM) are determined and tested and all stakeholders are informed about the project status.
• You contribute to a healthy team spirit and a pleasant atmosphere. A good culture of error is important to you and is lived by you.

You fit us if:

• You already have first experiences in (ideally military) project/program management as well as in work with agile culture and have already led smaller projects.
• During an industrial or technical study, you have acquired the property of understanding complex facts and good analytical skills.
• You have a good technical understanding and an affinity for matter.
• You would describe your way of working as independent and goal-oriented, you are safe in handling MS Office and MS Project, and you are already bringing first knowledge in the field of Earned Value Management.
• You would call yourself a highly customer-oriented, communicative and assertive and can also convince yourself in English.
• You have best experience with SAP, Doors, Jira and Stages.
