You are a contact person:in for the respective layer team and accordingly instructs them and reports directly to OPS management and the location management Control of all operational activities in the respective sphere of responsibility Working with KPI and process optimizations Compliance with order and cleanliness Compliance with quality, safety, environmental and labour legislation Employee training and development in terms of the qualifications required at the site and the long-term versatile usability

Complete vocational training in the logistics sector and additionally acquired qualifications Multiannual professional and leadership experience in logistics System knowledge: SAP, MS Office Layer readiness (under 6:00-19:00) Very good German knowledge in word and writing, English good knowledge Self-employed and reliable working methods & good team and communication skills
