Operational Buyer (m/f/d)

Processing, testing and approval of incoming invoices and deviation messages in coordination with the Procurement Manager (m/w/d) Collection and independent evaluation of technical-commercial offers including price comparisons and evaluation of commercial conditions Maintenance of master data and system-side documentation as well as appointment tracking in SAP and other tools Complete documentation of procurement processes and conversion of needs into orders along specified guidelines Examination of specifications for completeness and plausibility, including alignment with SAP and interface partners Procurement by Authority Matrix to national and international suppliers as well as pre- and post-processing of these awards including the results protocol Identification and implementation of improvement potentials in their own field, active cooperation in improvement projects and support in the incorporation of new employees

Completed, at least three-year professional training and multi-year relevant professional experience Experience in the assignment and processing of services Representative commercial understanding and knowledge of English for cooperation with national and international suppliers Secure handling of SAP, MS Office and JIRA for procurement and order processing Excellent communication and team capability for efficient coordination with internal interface partners and external suppliers High self-initiative, independent operation and reliable time/project tracking readiness for occasional missions and flexible, solution-oriented occurrence
