You get to know the basics of real estate assessment and expert evaluation step by step You work with basic book data, landline values, building codes and evaluation programs You support the preparation and creation of short-term reviews You will get to know relevant assessment topics such as property valuation, housing law, utilisation and inheritance law With increasing experience, you are increasingly taking independent tasks in the evaluation process

Start your studies at the IU with (special) abitur, a qualified professional degree or as a national. Technicians:in/operator:in You can prove German knowledge according to language level B2 and good English knowledge You bring true interest in real estate, assessment topics and the preparation of expert opinions You work carefully, reliably and are willing to work yourself step by step into new professional topics You can express yourself well orally and in writing and perform professionally and appropriately You are safe to use your PC; first knowledge in Word and Excel are beneficial You don't have to be an expert yet – motivation, readiness to learn and a good understanding of structured work Career prospects:
