Would you like to take responsibility as a foreman (w/m/d) in cleaning and lead your team to top performance? In Duisburg we are looking for an experienced foreman who not only controls the cleaning processes but also ensures the quality and efficiency of our team. Contact person on site for our cleaning staff, including organisation of the daily business and delivery of cleaning materials Implementation and documentation of quality controls at our customers Introducing new employees taking into account hygiene, health and safety requirements Support for cleaning work in the context of holiday or disease representations

Professional experience in building cleaning and ideal leadership experience driving licence class B Teamability and Enforcement Capacity for Team Leadership Good knowledge of German in word and writing for clear communication Flexibility and reliability in a dynamic working environment
