Campus Mensch is a non-profit holding company that supports people with disadvantages and promotes their social participation. The non-profit workshops and housing companies GmbH (GWW) offers individual support in the areas of housing, work, day structure and education.

In this varied profession, you support people with disabilities in shaping their everyday lives and actively participating in life. You learn to promote individual skills, accompany people in everyday life and create real perspectives. The education combines practice and theory, lasts three years and ends with the state recognition as a cure nurse (m/w/d).

Your tasks People understand: Learn how people with disabilities experience their world and how to accompany them individually in everyday life Detecting needs: Develop a sense of desire, strengths and support needs and find suitable ways to promote Strengthening people: building up social and educational skills and becoming an important reference person in everyday life Discover exciting expertise: dive into topics such as education, psychology, medicine, care and much more Practice meets theory: apply your knowledge directly and learn to professionally support and promote people with disabilities

That draws you You have a middle school degree (real school or equivalent) You have already gained first practical experience, through an FSJ, the Federal Volunteer Service or a one-year internship in the social field You like working in the team and bringing your own ideas You meet people open, respectful and at eye level You want to accompany and support people with disabilities in their everyday lives
