Dispatcher / Service Coordinator Operations and Operations Control (m/w/d)

As a primary digitization partner of the Bundeswehr, we provide stable, safe and efficient IT services in Germany and abroad, from basic operations to the field close to the application and thus contribute to the continuous increase in the leadership and operational capacity of the Bundeswehr. With over 7,000 colleagues, we operate and modernise one of the largest and most complex IT infrastructures in Germany. Together with us, you are worried about the future digital capability of the Bundeswehr. Dispatcher / Service Coordinator Operation Control (m/w/d) from now on and in full time in Fritzlar or Stadtallendorf. For more than 150 locations, the Service Center Fritzlar ensures decentralized service provision and permanent representation of BWI GmbH on site in the properties of the Bundeswehr. In addition, the Service Center processes defined task packages within the framework of projects and provides on-site service at the BWI internal IT.

Acceptance, qualitative testing and further processing / disposition of incoming interference messages within the ticket system

Timely and economically efficient disposition of orders as well as compliance and monitoring of service levels and escalation processes

Tool-based control / support of service technicians for order filling

Planning of projects with regard to terminological, economic and technical feasibility

Communication between customers, foreign companies, internal interfaces and technical field service

Support for organisational and administrative tasks

Complete vocational training in the IT sector or a comparable qualification

At least 3 years of relevant professional experience in the IT environment

Comprehensive knowledge of ticket systems as well as good knowledge of IT processes and MS Office

High IT affinity It is desirable to develop expertise in IT management networks (LAN, WAN, WLAN); Certifications of advantage
