Ensuring the time, quality and cost-oriented production of production orders Organisation and distribution of resources, personnel and material Initiating and contributing to varied projects and improvement measures in their own production area Implementation of quality controls Leadership and further development of the team with focus on turning and support for trainees Close cooperation with work preparation and adjacent departments Report to the production manager

Graduated vocational training as machining mechanic, precision mechanic, toolmaker, tool mechanic (m/w/d) or comparable Continuing training for metal builder / in with master title, master exam Professional experience in metal processing with a focus on turning and knowledge in handling (CNC) lathes etc. Leadership Personality with Experience in Leadership of a Min. small team Sovereign appearance, communication and enforcement strength paired with high level of responsibility and reliability German in Word & Writing
