In our Security Operations Center (SOC), we work together to ensure that our customers are best prepared against current and future cyber threats. We keep an eye on global hazards, respond quickly and professionally to safety incidents and create a high level of digital security through our work. To this end, we rely on market-leading technologies, proven processes – and dedicated colleagues who continuously expand and share their know-how. Your mission – or how others say: Tasks You support our customers in the Incident case – if IT security incidents occur, you are the place to help respond quickly and effectively. You bring light to the dark: In case of forensic analyses after safety incidents, you actively participate – you identify causes, secure traces and contribute to enlightenment. You analyse incidents thoroughly and create structured reports with clear recommendations for action – so that the incident has a learning effect. You work closely with other teams to identify vulnerabilities, fix vulnerabilities and improve IT security in a holistic way. You are staying at the ball: New threats, trends and technologies in the field of IT security follow you attentively – and actively contribute this knowledge to your work.

What you bring – besides the desire to move something Training in computer science or information security. First experience in the field of information security or incident response – you are not afraid of logs, alerts and uncommon network traffic. Travel readiness and participation in the readiness to call – sometimes IT is calling at night. A good portion of team spirit, analytical thinking and the claim to not only recognize problems but to solve them. Lust for further education and certification – because knowledge is not only power, but also quite cool. Communication strength in German (very important!) and also in English – you should master both!
