In the area of Metrology Processes at ZEISS's Semiconductor Manufacturing division, we jointly shape the future of semiconductor technology with unique measuring systems for the production of high-precision lithography optics. In the Group Systems Engineering EUV of the Surface Figure Metrology EUV department, we design the architecture of hardware, software and algorithms for standard shape measurement processes on the sub-nanometer scale. Together with your and other teams, you develop architectures from hardware, software and algorithms for measurement processes on EUV optics

They continuously focus on the industrialisability of the results and actively contribute to the serial suitability of innovations

You work closely with multiple stakeholders and ensure excellent results in your group

They promote both the development of the group and the individual development of their members

They ensure that required skills, capacities and technologies are planned, developed and maintained and thus support the strategic growth of SMT

They maintain relationships with external development partners and take care of the expansion of the existing partner network

They are responsible for processes, working methods and occupational safety in the working group

You can present a very good degree in engineering or natural sciences, also with doctorate

You have at least 3 years of professional experience in a complex technical environment, ideally already in the field of optical measuring systems

high affinity for software development is what distinguishes you, ideally you have experience in hardware-related software projects

You have experience in the disciplinary or professional leadership of employees and teams
