The digital revolution does not stop in front of the vehicle. Our intelligently connected vehicles face new challenges in the after-sales. One of our main tasks in the team is the coordination and support of the global customer support for digital extras. Here it is important to identify, report and support complaints. Of course, we strive to get better and better. Help us by highlighting optimization potentials, developing solutions and communicating them. These challenges include: Research and analysis of global customer requests for our digital extras to identify key issues and process vulnerabilities

Preparation and summary of the researched and analysed findings

Cooperation with the Customer Assistance Center and strengthening in the pursuit of organisational objectives

Coordination of support requests within the relevant business areas of Mercedes-Benz AG

The activity can begin from February 2026.

Course in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Business Informatics or a comparable course of studies

Secure knowledge of German and English in word and writing

Safe handling of MS Office

Enthusiasm for future technologies

Communication
