You take the professional and disciplinary leadership of your team and develop your employees in a targeted manner. You have a look at the qualifications of your employees and make sure You are optimally used and guided. Organisation and control of the workflows in your area of responsibility are in your hands – focusing on quality and efficiency. Processes You continuously develop, formulate and update policies as well as work instructions and ensure their compliance. You are responsible for the implementation of the ISMS requirements and the HSE targets in your area and check their compliance. You are responsible for the budget planning and control of your department and actively engage in internal and external bodies.

You have a completed master's or graduate degree in the field of electrical engineering (or comparable) and brings experience in employee management, motivation and knowledge transfer. Good knowledge of the current MS Office applications will help you as well as organizational talent as well as a structured and independent way of working. Economic thinking, customer orientation and enforcing skills characterize you in your working day. A high level of self-responsibility and self-initiative as well as strong team, communication and social competence are your strengths. With your objective and friendly appearance as well as your team player mentality, you fit well into a collegial environment. The necessary additional qualifications or proofs according to EnWG, BSIG, KRITIS DACH and NIS2 will bring you or be willing to purchase them.
