Trainee IT Specialist – Data and Process Analysis (m/f/d)

As an important player within the largest authority in Germany, the IT system house is responsible from the Nuremberg site for 100 IT procedures, three data centers, a separate cloud and 180,000 connected PC workstations. With our work, we support the agencies for work and job centers nationwide. The Federal Employment Agency (BA) provides comprehensive services for citizens, businesses and institutions as the largest service provider for the German labour market. Every year, we introduce around 30 trainees as a specialist informant (w/m/d) in various disciplines, such as Justin: “The BA is one of the largest employers with a huge IT structure – a safe employer with modern means. In addition, funding and training is being increased. ‘ You learn to develop software and are constantly growing in opportunities and challenges. You learn to jongl with data by working with huge data banks and evaluating their data with SQL and many analysis tools. You are involved in achieving high data quality through various test procedures and quality assurance measures. You analyze and actively shape the processes of the IT system house. You develop new methods to clearly illustrate data and processes.

You are interested in modern IT and economic relationships. You plan tasks exactly and implement them carefully. You have a degree, a professional qualification or a good intermediate degree of education. You have a knowledge of German that corresponds at least to the language level B2. Always learning new, doesn't scare you, but motivates you. You share your tasks so that you don't forget.
