For a traditional, family-run real estate company, we are looking for a financial account holder (m/w/d) at the next possible time. The focus is on the management of own existing properties. There is a varied area of responsibility, a well-established team and a working environment characterised by reliability, short decision-making and long-term thinking.

Own processing of financial, rent and creditor accounting Creation of operating and transfer accounting settlement of electronic payment transactions Preparation of monthly and annual accounts Account adjustment and supervision of open items Maintenance and management of master data Creation of evaluations and reporting Participation in the optimization and digitization of internal processes

Successfully completed commercial training, ideally focusing on accounting, or a comparable qualification Professional experience in financial accounting Ideally experience in real estate accounting as well as in the production of operating and transfer accounting Safe handling of MS Office Structured, careful and self-responsible operation Teamability and reliability
