Focus: Own production of the operating cost accounting for our housing stock and processing of the heating cost accounting documents to our billing companies Maintenance and updating of accounting-relevant master data Processing of requests for operating and heating cost accounting Other activities: Rental and management of part of our housing stock Leading our membership list and editing of membership issues Responsibility of our digital contract management

Embossed digital affinity Experience with industry-specific software (Wodis, Wowiport or comparable systems) is advantageous Qualified training in the commercial sector, ideally in the real estate industry Structured and customer-oriented action, high communication and team skills driving licence class B
