IT Account Manager - Würth Germany (m/f/d)

You: is responsible for the strategic IT partnership with Würth Deutschland (AWKG), builds trusted relationships with IT and process managers and understands the strategic goals and challenges of the customer, for example in the environment of omnichannelity, sales authorization, CRM, SFA and WS1 transformation. recognizes future needs at an early stage, translates them into concrete requirements and positions Würth IT as a proactive solution partner. are regularly at the customer's premises, participate in strategic control rounds and shape cooperation at eye level with the relevant stakeholders. Ensure that agreed IT services are provided in a quality-secured, timely and defined range of services, perform service reviews and status talks, and tax escalations in a solution-oriented manner. coordinates cross-disciplinary topics between disciplines, project teams and service managers within Würth IT and takes on the role of the internal driver and communicator in complex projects such as WS1 infrastructure, CRM rollouts or SFA further developments. analysingst service key figures, derives targeted measures and continuously develops the partnership between Würth Germany and Würth IT.

You: has a degree in economic informatics, computer science, business management or a comparable qualification. brings several years of experience in an IT-side account, client or demand management function - ideally in an in-house IT or shared services environment. has a solid understanding of IT services, project management, service level agreements (SLAs) and escalation management. have experience in communication with executives at management level and are able to understand technical issues and discuss them at eye level without losing you in technical details. draws you through a pronounced own initiative, not wait for tickets, but go proactively to your customers and develop solutions together. has very good knowledge of German and good knowledge of English.
