Take responsibility and find the best solutions for ZEISS by reconciling individual requirements of the functional and business areas by improving SAP reporting and working on topics such as:

First contact for roll-ins: You act as the first contact person for the units involved in roll-in.

Intermediate between Hub and Global Team: You promote effective communication and cooperation between Hub and the Global Team for the Transformation of Annual Reporting (BRT).

Fit-to-Template (F2T) Introduction Meeting: Organize the Introduction Meeting for Business Reporting Transformation (BRT) and assemble the required participants.

F2T workshop: Go to the pre-determination with the end-to-end streams (E2E) to determine the expectations of the workshop and to support the demonstration of the available solutions.

Requirements Analysis: Coordinate and support the collection of requirements from the E2E streams, preparation of deviation requests and coordination of these with the global E2E teams.

Process specification: Define whether requirements are global or local, and support the creation of functional specifications (FS) in cooperation with the E2E stream of the hub or the Global Transformation Program (GTP) for reporting requirements.

Testing: Prepare integration tests and user acceptance tests (ITC & UAT) and perform these in coordination with the Business Reporting Transformation (BRT) and E2E Stream, which requires the report.

In a coordinating role, you take responsibility for a defined workflow within a cross-departmental program. You understand the underlying processes in their depth and control them in a targeted manner in close cooperation with functions and process experts within the ZEISS organization. You exchange information with your colleagues from other areas to ensure the exchange of best practices and integration in related processes or systems (e.g. BW/4HANA). Your results and findings are regularly communicated to the program management. In addition, you are responsible for coordinating the progress of work with the overall programme plan. You ensure the planning, implementation and improvement of your workflow and thus make a significant contribution to the overall success of the project.

Successful Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Economic Engineering or a Similar Study Direction

preferably experiences in managing or coordinating projects in the field of Business Process Excellence and experiences with SAP-ERP transformations

Reporting experience, including requirement analysis, reporting architecture and various SAP reporting types

results-oriented, analytical and organizational thinking combined with strong communication skills in the field of change management to develop and successfully implement strategic plans
