Technical and disciplinary management and further development of the pipeline construction department Construction and development of clear structures, responsibilities, processes and control routines Leadership, deployment planning and development of employees as well as demand-oriented development of the team Own calculation and promotional processing including economic evaluation of orders, opportunities and risks Active new customer acquisitions, maintenance of existing customer relationships as well as expansion of a resilient regional network and association work Total responsibility for the economic and operational project execution with regard to dates, quality, work safety, costs and results Control of the relevant project partners and technical support of the construction management and the operational teams Regular presence on construction sites and in projects as well as active development of additional business areas

At least about 6–8 years of relevant professional experience in piping, pipeline or supply engineering with a resilient practice in gas, water or comparable network infrastructures Very good own costing and offering competence, including cost approaches, chance and risk assessment as well as economic order decision Experience in operational project execution with responsibility for dates, quality, work safety, costs and results Leadership experience or clearly proven ability to lead, develop and build a unit Detectable strength in acquisitions, customer care and networking as well as readiness to active market and association work Knowledge of relevant DVGW regulations, Class B driving licences and studies in civil engineering or a comparable technical qualification Responsible supervision according to DVGW GW 301 and/or a relevant welding supervision qualification are advantageous, but no prerequisite Experience in district heating and proximity to AGFW FW 601 and market and network knowledge in East Germany are welcome In addition to your professional experience, there is a strong will to build up, entrepreneurial thinking and a keen decision. You lead clearly and trust-based, communicate openly and understand to take an existing team.
