IT Consultant Retail & Digitization - Wholesale (m/f/d)

Living close to customers: You advise trading companies at the interface between IT and specialist departments. Guide workshops: You plan, design and moderate workshops for your customers. Implementation of projects: You carry out digitization projects such as ERP moderations, CRM integrations or process analysis and optimization. Acquise support: You focus on project acquisition, offering and presales activities. Developing portfolio: You are driving forward the further development of solutions for digitalization in wholesale.

Studies: A degree in Business Informatics, Economics or a comparable degree course is your basis for this role. Industry experience: You have gained first professional experience in the IT environment at an IT service company, a wholesale company or advice with the main content of wholesale. Technology enthusiasm: ERP and CRM solutions, process analysis & conception or B2B e-commerce fascinate you. Analytical skills: You combine analytical thinking with pragmatic implementation and an innovative look. Agile methods: Ideally you have practical experience in classic and agile approach models/methods (e.g. Scrum, Kanban) for carrying out (software) projects. AI Competence: You use AI tools in your area of expertise, evaluate the results critically and support customers and adessi to use potentials of AI. Language skills: Your very good knowledge of German and good English allows you to communicate safely.
