In your role, you are part of the management team of the company and are primary contact persons in health issues and experts for safe work for the DEUTZ Group and other external customers. You will ensure and advise the legal aspects according to § 3 ASiG on the topic of occupational health and safety and health with the help of your specialist knowledge supervisors as well as employees on the issues of occupational health and safety You advise on the assessment of working conditions, the design of jobs and workflows or on questions of job change In addition to DEUTZ AG, You also serve other customers in Cologne and Germany. the direct environment, the workplaces and advise on safety and health at work, on occupational health aspects with the aim of preventing occupational diseases. You carry out occupational medical examinations and aptitude studies You advise and judge the individual interaction of work and mental and physical health You treat and carry out initial supplies to accidental employees and work together both with the factory fire brigade and external rescue workers on site Together with your colleagues, you develop joint priority programs and coordinate projects

You are an approved doctor with the additional qualification of occupational medicine or specialist in occupational medicine, also with the second specialist for internal, general medicine or surgery; the additional name rescue and travel medicine is desirable You already have knowledge of vaccination and travel medicine and have experience in the travel medical advice of employees You have already gained professional experience as an occupational physician or in a comparable position, have a high social competence and are able to successfully manage, process and coordinate projects due to your organisational and motivational ability, as well as experience with ISO 45001 is of advantage You are used to a structured, reliable, independent and precise operation You are owned by the class B driving permit and bring the willingness to travel with You have very good knowledge of German and good English in word and writing You are motivated and willing to actively participate in the design of change processes
