In your role as a machine operator (m/w/d), you are an essential part of our production processes. Whether as a plant manager or production employee – your tasks are versatile and varied. You work with modern machines and contribute to the smooth functioning of production processes. In a supportive and collegial team environment, you have the opportunity to introduce and continuously develop your skills.

• Operation and monitoring of production machines and plants.
• Self-employed implementation of quality controls and ensuring product standards.
• Fixing minor technical malfunctions and maintenance support.
• documentation of production performance and processes.
• Cooperation with other team members to optimize production processes.

We are looking for

This brings you with: a mix of experience in machine operation and the willingness to work in a dynamic working environment. Also important is the flexibility to act in a layer system, as well as the ability to show your willingness to use even on weekends.

• First professional experience as a machine operator, plant manager or production employee of advantage.
• Ready to work in a 3-shift system and occasionally on weekends.
• Technical understanding and an eye for details.
• Team skills and initiative.
• Reliability and motivation to work in a challenging production environment.
