IT Demand & Governance Manager Energy (m/f/d)

You build the IT governance framework for the German companies of the Encevo Group and develop decision-making, processes, standards, guidelines and IT sub-strategies. You coordinate IT governance requirements in coordination with the parent company in Luxembourg, the German companies and relevant interfaces. You create transparency about the application landscape and develop structures for application lifecycle management, roadmaps and IT project portfolios. You support regulatory and compliance-related IT requirements, including for unbundling, AI governance, data protection and information security. You control coordination between departments, IT architecture, provider management and external service providers. You document process, application and interface landscapes and examine new IT solutions as well as SaaS offers for suitability, integration and compliance compliance. You support the development of intercompany service catalogues, SLAs and service contracts within the group.

You have completed a Master's or Diploma in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Business Administration with IT focus or a comparable discipline. You bring several years of professional experience in IT governance, IT organization, demand management or a comparable function. You have profound methodological knowledge in process design and process optimization, ideally also in connection with automation or RPA. You know common governance frameworks such as ITIL, COBIT or comparable standards and have ideally already shaped IT governance structures in a corporate environment. You ideally bring experience in regulated industries, for example in the energy industry, in utilities or in the KRITIS environment. Knowledge of NIS2, BSI IT-Grundschutz, GDPR, SAP system landscapes, SaaS architectures or application portfolio management are advantageous. You are safe to handle Microsoft 365, especially SharePoint and teams. You work structured, analytic and documentive. You communicate clearly, bindingly and addressably and bring about enforcement, moderation and conflict resolution competence. You have very good knowledge of German and good knowledge of English in word and writing.
