Porsche E-Bike Performance was founded to redesign mobility and develop innovative electric drive systems for e-bikes. We combine years of experience in the development of e-bike drives with innovative software solutions and extend them through the comprehensive knowledge, research and competence of Porsche. With Porsche E-Bike Performance, we design and produce groundbreaking systems under two brands: compact, lightweight FAZUA drive systems for agile e-bikes and in future also particularly powerful drive systems under the brand name Porsche. You plan, coordinate and conduct independent integrated system audits according to ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 at all Porsche eBike performance locations through You coordinate cooperation with the certification company and organize the Management Review Meeting After the audits, you evaluate measures and monitor their effectiveness You’ll start audit reports and TOP management reports regularly You work on the further development of the management system and the audit process The design and implementation of training, webinars and workshops is one of your tasks You coach and advise internal process owners in process management

You have successfully completed your studies with Master or Diploma 7 years of relevant professional experience in quality, environmental or energy management You have already managed large complex projects and As an experienced system auditor for ISO 9001, ISO 14001 or ISO 50001 (ISO 45001 of advantage), you take on your own responsibility the planning, coordination and implementation of integrated system audits You bring a training as an EOQ Lead Auditor or as a VDA 6.3 Process Auditor with As a quality, environmental or energy management officer (work protection officer of advantage) you know well in your area Your competence in QM-Core Tools (8D, FMEA, MSA, SPC, Process and Product Releases) is a plus point You speak German and English fluently and enjoy traveling Your high flexibility, strong performance, communication skills, analytical and process-oriented thinking as well as enforcing and conflicting skills are the key to your
